The original distributor is disassembled and cleaned thoroughly:
The precision mechanics are checked and replaced if needed. After that the breaker points and the capacitor are replaced with new high quality parts. It is especially impotant for us to rely on our own parts, since reproductions of poor quality can cause severe malfunctions and even total failures in this case. In addition the distributor cap is replaced with a new original one as well as the rotor. Furthermore the contact gap is adjusted and both contacts are synchronized and tested by us.
