Part 2: Engine Overhaul Fiat Dino Coupe 2400

After receiving the parts back from our machining partner it was time to put it all together again. The parts were prepared in an outstanding quality so the assembly was quit a straight forward process.

Here we have the block with mounted crank shaft, pistons and cylinder head gaskets.

The pistons, "made in germany" come with well sized valve pockets and cylinder clearance of 0.08mm, instead of the original 0,16mm.

Our cylinder head gaskets all are made from Victor Reinz material, vitonized and with adaitional copper rings for the oil holes. This compination is more reliable and durable then any other gasket for our Dinos.
